As a member of Vitalis' Complex Clinical team, you will provide complex clinical care to people in their homes, who would otherwise need to be hospitalised. You will be supported by experienced Clinical Managers with 24/7 support.

You will be working with a team of highly motivated and experienced nurses out in the community on a daily basis.

To be successful in this role, applicants must demonstrate:

• excellent nursing assessment and clinical skills
• strong critical thinking and decision making ability
• ability to work effectively as a team member as well as autonomously
• current AHPRA registration

Complex Community Nursing experience is preferred. Applicants with experience and interest in any of these areas: Palliative care, Spinal injuries, Complex wounds, Blood glucose monitoring, Seizure management are encouraged to apply.
